Here is the same measurement BUT before the matching unit. That is directly on the 27 m antenna element. The value is R=16.7 ohms and X=-158 ohms.

But how good is this? What can be estimated from theory and practical meaurements?

A simple matching unit is used to match the antenna for 80 and 160 meters.
